MENU allows easy menu-driven programming. MENU displays the first DATA
statement’s data in the display, and pressing the up and down arrow keys steps
through successive DATA data until the user presses ENDLINE which returns the
number of the displayed data. RESTORE can be used to specify the starting DATA,
and MENU specifies how many data to use in the menu and optionally specifies
which of the menu entries should be displayed first.
